The SCR pad material is a high-performance racing compound based on sintered metal that meets the highest demands of professional racing drivers in international racing series. The lining material is used by top world championship teams in racing series in which carbon brakes are prohibited. It combines outstanding durability even under the toughest conceivable stresses with extremely high coefficients of friction and can be finely dosed. SCR pads are therefore particularly suitable for use in Endurance races. The SCR mixture also places great demands on other components of the brake system. Especially during cold braking, the brake discs are heavily worn. Due to the high temperature development, we strongly recommend the use of suitable and very high-quality brake fluid (Motul RBF). We recommend the use of SCR pads only under professional racing conditions, where all components of the brake system are always in mint condition.
