Description

Steering stop protector for racetrack use.
Prevents the handlebars from hitting the tank and the steering stop on the frame.
Price is for one set incl. mounting material.
Mandatory for all racetrack use,
as this usually prevents the steering stop from tearing off.
The protector is fitted in the area between the upper and lower triple clamps on the
right and left fork leg.
The new improved 3D printed rubber version is supplied.
Racing part, no returns or exchanges possible.

Delivery includes:

2 x steering stop protectors 3D print 4 x cable ties

To be attached between the upper and lower triple clamp, on the fork tube.

The steering stop protectors must be mounted so that they limit the steering stop and the fork bridge stops do not go into the stop on the frame. Caution: The protectors must not press on the aluminium plate of the frame, but must lie in the area of the weld seam

For assembly:

1. adjust the steering stop protectors and tighten them to the fork tube using the cable ties, two on each side, on the steering stop and around the fork.

When fitting, make sure that no cables or wires are crushed on the frame. For the sake of appearance, it is advisable to route the ends of the cable ties to the rear.
