Spacer (S)
The battery is equipped with one or more spacers, which are glued under the battery with the supplied adhesive strip so that the battery fits exactly into the battery box.
Waterproof (W)
The battery is completely waterproof and will not be damaged if the motorcycle is cleaned under high pressure.
Indicator (I)
All batteries are equipped with a battery status indicator.
Simply press the test button. The red digital display shows the current voltage.
The battery must be charged at the latest when the voltage is below 12.9 V.
Replacing a standard lead-acid battery with a JMT lithium-ion battery can save up to 5 kg in weight without any significant effort.
The following advantages speak in favor of JMT lithium-ion batteries:
- approx. 1/3 of the weight of the comparable lead-acid battery
- Unbeatable cost/weight saving ratio
- Can be installed in any position as they contain no acid

- Balanced discharge/charge of all cells through balancer
- Fast charging with high charging current possible

- good performance even at high temperatures up to 60°C

Due to their specific properties, lead-acid batteries can only utilize 30% of their capacity, while lithium-ion batteries can utilize almost 30%, whereas almost 100% of the capacity of lithium-ion batteries can be used.

For this reason, the lithium versions of the JMT batteries require only 1/3 of the capacity of a comparable lead-acid battery for the same starting power.
In addition, a built-in processor ("balancer") ensures an even state of charge for all cells.
The dimensions of the lithium-ion batteries correspond to the dimensions of the original lead-acid batteries with the help of adapters.
The connections are also identical, which is why the battery can be replaced in just a few minutes without any further adjustments.

Please note that only suitable chargers may be used for charging. We recommend JMP chargers.

The use of a charger with a voltage of more than 14.9 V to charge a deeply discharged battery with less than 9.6 V is not permitted.
The manufacturer guarantees sufficient starting capacity down to -5 degrees Celsius.
Technology
JMT lithium-ion batteries use iron phosphate (LiFePO4) as the cathode material and use the lithium polymer process in their manufacture.
This means that they cannot burst into flames or explode during normal operation.
The technology and manufacturing process ensure the highest safety standard for lithium batteries.

In Germany, every mobile hazardous waste collection point will accept the defective battery.
Alternatively, you can send the defective battery to our address free of charge and we will ensure that it is disposed of properly.

Note on the Battery Act
End users are legally obliged to return used batteries in accordance with § 11 BattG.
Batteries can be returned to the seller free of charge at one of his sales outlets or at collection points of the joint return system.

Under no circumstances may batteries be disposed of with normal household waste, as they contain harmful substances.
Disposal:
- Dispose of used batteries at a collection point.
- During transportation, make sure that a protective cap on the positive terminal prevents a short circuit.
- Battery contains no lead or acid.

MANDATORY DEPOSIT FOR VEHICLE BATTERIES
According to §10 of the BattG ordinance, every dealer is obliged to charge the end consumer a deposit of 7.50 euros when purchasing a vehicle battery. 
This deposit will be credited back to the customer on presentation of proof of disposal (for the old battery). Deposit refund in the store: Please bring the proof of purchase and your proof of disposal with you or bring your old battery and the proof of purchase with you.
